The Oregon State Lottery has topped the state lottery in every state for a second straight year.
The state of Oregon finished the year with an average jackpot of $2.27 billion, a record for the lottery and a 12% increase over the previous year.
Oregon had a record-breaking year, collecting more than $2 billion, an increase of 10% over the prior year.
Oregon has also set a new record for lottery ticket sales, with an increase in sales of more than 18% year-over-year.
The Oregon lottery is a public and private entity run by the Oregon Department of Finance and Administration, which has an operating budget of about $4 billion.
The lottery also owns and operates a number of other government-owned and operated businesses, including the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Lottery.
The lottery has an annual revenue of $10 billion.
